He also works closely with the wider sales team, helping shape how Formation approaches opportunities and develops stronger client relationships. With more than 10 years’ experience across exhibitions, conferences, digital and live experiences, Oliver brings a strong commercial and client-focused perspective to every brief, with a clear focus on delivering genuine business value, not just a great-looking stand.
