Brief discussion and review
We’ve been in this world for more than a decade and we understand that clients often have initial ideas or desired outcomes in mind, but the creativity to bring the ideas to life and deliver is where our team shine.
We will work with your team to understand the ambition behind the brief; to appreciate what you need to achieve and then make sure the brief will deliver against this. Once this is complete, the brief will be clear and our plans crafted to achieve what you need.
Creative ideation and design concepts

Our team will craft initial design concepts and share these with you to fine tune the plan to proceed to the next steps.
Refinement and final design selection

Our process
Design Concept
The concept stage shows a direction of design and a ‘look and feel’ for the project. Everything is tailored to your brief, interpreted by our designers.
Client Signoff
You are involved and consulted at each major milestone, ensuring there are no surprises further down the line.
Production
Once a design has been signed off, we start the production and build. We will keep you informed throughout, and any changes that are required will be fully communicated and approved.
Debrief
Once the project has completed and your event has closed, we will arrange a debrief session to share feedback of the whole process.
