Fazal oversees Formation’s Middle East business, working across departments to keep projects moving smoothly from first brief through to final delivery. With experience spanning exhibitions, production, sales, service and operations, he brings a broad understanding of what it takes to deliver complex projects and provide clients with a genuinely turnkey solution. His focus is on clear communication, close coordination and making sure the finished result reflects the client’s original vision. For Fazal, success is when a client sees that vision brought to life, trusts the process and comes back to Formation for the next project.
