Ravi helps turn Formation’s creative ideas into exhibition environments that can be delivered efficiently, commercially and to the right standard. With experience across exhibition operations, project coordination, production and contractor management, he brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project, particularly when working across different markets. His focus is on anticipating challenges early, from technical feasibility and budgeting through to logistics, venue regulations and installation. For Ravi, success is seeing the original design vision brought to life on the show floor, with the client happy and the team proud of what they have delivered.
