Shaz's Bio
Shaz leads Formation’s project delivery, bringing together clients, creative teams, suppliers, budgets and logistics to ensure every element works as it should. With a background in design and extensive real-world delivery experience, he combines creative understanding with strong operational instinct and a practical approach to bringing ideas to life.
Calm under pressure and focused on the detail, Shaz simplifies complexity, protects the original vision and keeps projects moving. Much of his value lies behind the scenes, where preparation, sound judgement and attention to detail turn a good idea into something exceptional. For Shaz, success starts long before a project reaches the final stages, when clients have confidence in the people, decisions and planning bringing their vision to life.
