Eutelsat needed a global exhibition programme capable of delivering a consistent brand presence across multiple markets, sectors and stand formats. Each space had to combine strong visibility with practical functionality, including private meeting rooms, reception areas, open seating, product displays and, where required, hospitality spaces. Large-format graphics, lightboxes and high-impact overhead branding were central to ensuring the Eutelsat name remained visible from every angle, while individual layouts and product displays needed to adapt from show to show.
The challenge
One identity, constantly changing parameters
The challenge was to maintain a clear, recognisable Eutelsat presence while working across different venues, footprints, budgets and audience requirements. A recent brand evolution added another layer of consistency to manage, while restricted stand sizes often demanded careful planning to accommodate every operational requirement without compromising impact. Agility was equally important: when Eutelsat changed its CABSAT stand space just four weeks before the show, Formation reworked the layout and delivered the revised scheme within the original timeframe.
