Oracle at ITB Berlin

One stand, space for co-exhibitor partners, VIP demonstration areas and meeting spaces and a flagship double-deck booth.

Oracle, one of the world’s largest companies with a cloud service to rival the likes of Microsoft and AWS, needed to showcase their offer in the travel and tourism sector. Following a break in in-person events during COVID, the client wanted to showcase its industry-leading capabilities to a reimagined travel sector.

The challenge

Complexity simplified

Oracle wanted a high-end appearance to match a luxurious hotel lobby. At its core, it also had to have the ability to host multiple demonstrations of their technology and include co-exhibitor spaces for their priority partners. The build was located around a large service column, for which constant access was required. The client also wanted to tap into the host city’s personality by commissioning a Berlin Bear especially for the show.

Our Impact

Awarded ‘Best Travel Technology Stand’ out of 485 exhibitors.

Top 10 stand overall.

Hosted multiple VIP demonstrations in total privacy.

Oracle

The outcome

Impact by design

Our client made one of their most impactful event presences ever, in a sector experiencing significant change. Showcasing expertise across multiple travel divisions meant that Oracle could position themselves as a technology partner of choice at the world’s largest tourism trade show.
